Boiler room is a well known CP army spot. Here is some info

its located under the dance club ( Go to stereo then click then brings you to boiler room ) that is how CP has all of its electric. You can read Old news from there. you can get to the pool if you click on the door to the left. It will bring you back up if you click on the ladder.
